Excellent care and service
Dr. Doe and his team provide excellent care and service at Good Samaritan Veterinary Hospital. I rate him the highest in these areas: in-office care; ability to explain diagnoses, options, and procedures in easily understood language; timely follow-up communication with me, always same day; willingness to listen to my input, for instance I brought anesthesia documentation that is specific to the breed of dogs I have and Dr. Doe and his office are careful to review the info on the rare occasions that anesthesia is called for; friendliness of staff; compassion; his ability to put my animals (dogs and cats) at ease during exams. I think pricing is fair and I feel I get excellent value for my spend at Good Samaritan. My animals have been under the care of Dr. Doe and his team at Good Samaritan for 8+ years and the experience has been positive, every step of the way.
